Team H&R Block has completed our first season as a Western Canada based racing team with elite riders in both BC and Alberta. We aim to develop skills on and off the bike to prepare riders who want to advance in the sport or aspire to race at a national level. With the support of our marketing partners, our team offers product and financial support, but more importantly, an environment focused on developing a riders' ability to ride as part of a dedicated team.
We continue to build on our success and are exciting to announce two new roles for 2010 by adding a new Director Sportif and Team Manager.
Mark Ernsting will take on the role of Team Director and Kevin Noiles as Team Manager. The addition of our new dedicated management team is going to significantly enhance the quality and structure of the H&R Block Team.
Mark has an extensive background in the sport of cycling. He not only is a five time Canadian National Champion who represented Canada at several International events and a former Professor of Exercise Science, but has also been the Director of one of the most prominent Division I Collegiate Cycling program in the United States. Kevin is transitioning from being a full time cyclist into a management role in the sport and is excited about the opportunity to work with one of the finest cycling programs in Western Canada. His work background as a Manager in several cycling related industries is going to be very useful in supporting the growth of the team in many aspects.
The H&R Block Cycling Team is looking forward to announcing our 2010 roster shortly.
Team H&R Block would like to thank all of our marketing partners who support the team, without your support and dedication to the sport of cycling this team would not be possible.
